kristystrange25 @mariwona when the Apple ID is entered it won’t work Bc it says someone has used Find My IPhone to link it to their Apple ID

mariwona I called Apple support, they checked my account and it’s not showing Apple watch being still attached to my account. They said they are not sure what you are stuck on so to tell you to give them a call and they will figure this out for you. Sorry for any inconvenience. Never knew it will be such a pain in the neck for you. I apologize

kristystrange25 @mariwona On your side if it is not showing the Apple Watch being on your account, I don’t understand why it is saying the watch is linked to an Apple ID. It is telling me I have to use the Apple ID and Password that was used to set up this specific watch. The watch itself is still linked to a specific email which is not mine.

kristystrange25 I believe you need to turn off the activation lock simply by going to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID, then go to Find My iPhone, select All Devices and click Apple Watch, then click Erase Apple Watch. Select next until the device is erased. This would help a lot I didn’t buy the watch just for me to not use it if you understand.

mariwona @kristystrange25 I understand it. I get exactly what you are saying. But I can’t erase a device that it’s not there is what I’m trying to tell you. It’s not listed under my Apple account. You need to call Apple and see what needs to be done. There’s nothing I can do on my end .

kristystrange25 I’ll give it a day for this situation to be resolved. I don’t believe this issue has a problem to do on my end, I have worked with Apple products for years. With that being said, if the watch does not operate properly in order for me to use it, I’ll need my money back.

I removed it from his account and you should be all clear. Please let me know if you are able to use it now. Sorry again but I’m sure this will do the trick.

What you need to do is either find out how to do the return thru Poshmark support or put up for resale to me so I am also guaranteed that I’ll get my watch back.
