lenyamnyam @natsteezy I kept the order, yet I am dissapointed in you for not disclosing the discoloration on gold hardware and scuffs throughout the wallet. Missing ribbon, tags, and camilla flower also set me back.

natsteezy @lenyamnyam there was no discoloration in gold hardware or scuffs when I mailed it out 10 days ago. I don’t know what to say about that. Maybe the authentication people... yes there was no ribbon but the tag and card were left inside the zipper fold. Please check with posh identification or the shipping plant. Sorry that happened.

lenyamnyam @natsteezy I will contact them and see. I don't think there is much that can be done at this point. I am going to send it to leather surgons and see if they can help with the repair. There is hope :) btw, why was the ribbon not shipped?

natsteezy @lenyamnyam when I shipped it to the Posh Authenticate mailing address they covered certain boxes for free shipping and the small rectangular priority box at the particular USPS I went to was a tight fit for even the original box itself. I would of shipped it in a bigger priority box but they were out. I’m not sure how the process works and what box you got it in as I don’t know what happens when it gets to the authentication facility before it gets to you.
