@mosch Once an item sells, there is a “holding” period for the funds. After you ship the item and it is delivered (tracking will be included on the shipping label, so you & buyer will know exactly where the item is), the buyer has 3 days to “accept” the item via posh app. If the buyer “accepts” the item within the 3 days after it is delivered, or the 3 days have passed, then the funds will be released to you.

At that point, you can have the funds direct deposited into your bank account or have a check mailed to you. Keep in mind that either way you choose, it may still take a few days for that money to reach you after you ask to redeem it.

You can check all this in the “My Balance” section in your profile. You’ll see whats pending, and whats redeemable....
