Marlene I’m going to tell you why I wouldn’t accept an offer of $10 on an item I’m asking $19 for and also offering a $4 shipping discount. Because out of that I would receive $2.55 for a sterling silver bracelet. I really wouldn’t advise lowballing, it’s disrespectful.
