marlisahk @redumbrella @jenscloset01 Hello! I was lucky enough to make my first sale! I have a question about shipping though, can I re-use a box from another site/seller like Amazon or hollar? Or can I only use unmarked boxes?

jenscloset01 @marlisahk I reuse boxes all the time. Amazon ones a lot. Just as long as you cover the previous shipping label you should be fine. Definitely more affordable than buying boxes. But when you're ready you can get free shipping boxes from usps, just have to make sure you get the right ones.

shopawaythepain @marlisahk thanks so much! Okay, so I don’t know if this has ever happened to you on here but I’m a little nervous. I made a purchase over a week ago and still haven’t had the item ship out. I’m now able to cancel the order, but was wondering what you thought about this.

marlisahk @shopawaythepain Try contacting them like this if you haven't already. Then check their profile. If this is their only sale or there are bad ratings/reviews, then just cancel. If their ratings are good and they respond to you with a reason why it is taking so long, then it is up to you whether you want to keep waiting or not.

shopawaythepain @marlisahk okay I’ll try and contact them. I have before and haven’t gotten too much back. I think they’re new to poshmark. I’m just a little surprised because not only did I order something but a family member as well, so to get some first sales and not ship is a little off to me you know?

marlisahk @shopawaythepain It is. When they responded did they have any reason why shipping would take long? Maybe they didn't realize what they got themselves into or just aren't that serious about selling. I'm not sure. Really it is up to you and what you are comfortable with. You will either get your items or get your money back, just in the meanwhile the money you used is tied up and you aren't any closer to having the items you want.
