dawntrinity I didn't know what was happening and have been trying to get Poshmark customer service to issue a new label. Once it was marked delivered I had no label . I do feel better knowing it was you that marked delivered bug I still need them to issue a label. Do u kno if you have the ability to UNmark it and then maybe the label would reappear ? I promise to let you know once at post office and I do hope they are able to resend the label ! Ill be in touch real soon😊 L

dawntrinity Hi AGAIN. I am also pretty new to actually selling anything and I am still having an issue with the label. The instructions they provide tell me to go to the order and select "print new label" but since it has the item marked as being "delivered" it doesn't give me an option for another label (and why would it if it thinks it's already been delivered!)

dawntrinity I've had this packaged up and ready to go for days now and if I don't get a successful label by days end I am just going to pay to ship it and take it up later because this isn't fair to you especially. dawntrinity Hello ! I don't know why and I apologize profusely for all the drama surrounding this shipping label. I think I told you everytime I went to print the label per instructions it told me it was already delivered which was impossible!

dawntrinity Now I went to make sure it arrived and it tells me the order was cancelled? I am trying to get an answer from Poshmark but they unfortunately do not have an actual phone number . If they did this prob would have been taken care of days ago but having to keep waiting for emails slows things up, I am so sorry about all the label problems but don't know what to do now . Any suggestions ?

dawntrinity I have shipped this and I'm hoping you did receive it by now . It kept saying delivered so I ended up using the original label that I found in spam folder. Post office said it was fine. At this point the money doesn't even matter to me as long as I know the package finally got to you ! This has made me nutso! Lol

marlyndm Hi @dawntrinity I received the order..thanks...However, the jeans do not fit at all, too low in the waist and way too long...😩😩😩 and so I will be returning them to you this week which is too bad because I really would've like them to fit...😢

dawntrinity Hi Marilyn. That is too bad! However, you can keep them and maybe someone you know can use them. I say that because it doesn't seem as though you were charged because of all the confusion with the whole order.

dawntrinity The email I got from Poshmark was basically that you were not charged (as if it did cancel) and that they credited my account anyway because of all the craziness . I'm telling you...every time it gave me instruction to print a new label I couldn't because it had the order marked as delivered and then when it finally wasn't marked as delivered, it was marked cancelled !

dawntrinity If I'm mistaken please let me know but just check. I don't want you to have to go to the trbl of returning if you aren't out money and since it doesn't seem that I'm out anything either , it's a wash and maybe you know someone that can wear them? I used to love them but I will never be able to wear them because I have an illness that won't allow me to get back to a decent size! Let me know what you think .

dawntrinity And lastly I have to say again that this seems like a really great way to shop but they desperately need a phone number you can call and have a two way convo that isn't just emails. Although then their costs would prob skyrocket and they won't be able to offer great deals.
