Hey there! Sorry you were not 100 percent satisfied with the order. I apologize. I left the wax in the burners because they were basically brand new wax melts. Only burned like once or twice. As far as shipping time I usually ship within a day or two but I had some things going on and couldn't make it to be post office. That normally doesn't happen. Again I really do apologize and sorry for the inconvenience.

@siennakaylee thank you for letting me know! I save the 5 star ratings for those who get me my items real fast, the ones who will send extras, ect. No offense, it's just that I'm trying to reward those sellers who go the extra mile. And this was a GOOD transaction, and I think 4 stars is a good rating. It just wasn't an extra mile one and I try to be as honest as I can! Happy Poshing!

@marlys_w sorry about the delay in shipping I had a family emergency take place I had to tend to. Also I feel like an idiot I had no intentions of sending you the “iced” ones as they were not new. I was in such a hurry to get it sent on the 4th day I grabbed them all up and put them in an envelope and so I could return to the hospice house with family.
