marnaespitz @jebwa hello, I received this handbag a while back I was pretty disappointed it’s in pretty bad shape. I don’t remember you describing tears in the bag. I carried it yesterday 2nd time, the strap broke so I can’t carry it. It’s just very disappointing I understand it’s an expensive brand I did not expect it to be perfect but it’s not really even usable. I would love to return it but the strap is broken which would’ve happened to anyone within a short amount of time.
