lad_design Hi Marnie. I So sorry about your lost shipment. I went to the post office to inquire about your shipment for the Prenelove tote bag. It never got scanned. I called Canada Post's customer service and they said it may still be found and shipped to you. It's too bad as I went through the trouble of making sure the size and weight of the box was within the restrictions of the shipping label. Unfortunately I assumed after weighing and measuring the box that he scanned it into the system. Sigh..

lad_design Hi Marnie! Did you ever receive the tote bag? I contacted Poshmark and Canada Post and I was compensated for my loss. I understand you were refunded too so neither of us had to suffer a loss. I was just hoping that the tote found its way to you...would be a nice bonus that it found its way to you!
