theladyfalcon27 @mwaltonp Hi Dear! I just received notification that you opened a case on the jacket. I never want to have anyone unhappy with me or my product. What specifically was wrong? I posted the jacket for $23 and the original price was $22. After fees, I got $18. I know that you're probably not interested in that but is there anything I can do to resolve this?

theladyfalcon27 Hi Dear! I do not want to inundate you with messages but I am very concerned that you've indicated a problem with product that I sent out. I pride myself on the quality of the products that I sell and want to be sure that there was not another reason. If you just don't like the jacket, it can be returned for a refund but I don't want a negative strike against me because you changed your mind. Please advise.

mwaltonp The tear is the issue. I do like the jacket however, I cannot wear it due to the tear. I noticed it as soon as I tried it on and zipped it up. I wear clothes I don't damage them, there is no way I can pull off wearing the jacket with the tear in the front. I may just take this as a loss and move on, it was really just a matter of principle for me.

pcruz3 It didn’t add the green blue stripe. I tried to cancel on my end so I could repurchase both, but it will not allow me. Can you see if you can cancel and re- offer on your end?
