hunterred6 You got your refund for my error, can you therefore please request a label from Poshmark to send back the Gymbotee outfit. Your honesty would be appreciated

hunterred6 When you are not happy with an item, you could gave asked questions before purchasing and I probably would have noticed the problem. I kept asking you for the item back after you got your refund, you are suppose to ship the item back, but instead you accepted the money an kept the item and did not respond

hunterred6 my request to kindly ship back. Its courtesy. So I contacted Poshmark and expressed that You were not responding to my request and that you not only accept the money but also kept the item. So that is when they decided to give me the money as well. For the future. when you open a case and it is approved you need to return what you bought.

hunterred6 Poshmark would have supplied you with a free label. I tried to reach out and explain the process but got no response. The re- mail you got from Poshmark was due to my complaining to them. people don't keep items on opening a case and getting approved. zit was not very nice of you to choose to do that.

hunterred6 In the future you need to respond to people. I spend a lot of time on this business and try to be honest with people. Uts not the item I am upset about it's the principal.

hunterred6 if you look @ where your picture is and scroll down you can see where zi tried to reach out. Poshmark is always there to help. If you buy something retail and you ask for a refund, don't you have to return the item. You can't have both. It's just common sense. I just started last year. When I don't know I ask not second guess.

marrisa_11 @hunterred6 I still don't see messages anywhere. The only message I got was the email they sent me telling me to keep it. I replied to their email and asked for a shipping label to return it. like I said earlier, I've never had to return something so when they told me to keep it, I thought that's how they did things

hunterred6 Because you were not responding to my messages to return the item and getting nowhere not only did they refund you but they told you to keep the item and also refund me tha e amt as well that is why they send you a label anymore.

hunterred6 all the messages that I sent you are under my sales when I look on the the item they are there. Maybe they are when you go to purchases and click on the item you bought. Anyway, its senseless to keep discussing back and forth. At least you now know that when you open a case you are expected to return the item to the seller. why open a case if you intend to keep the item. End if story. Good luck Loshing.
