I hope you read my comments. I have contacted customer service. If a seller makes an offer the seller is mandated to reduce shipping. I have requested that they give you free shipping as it was an inconvenience for all concerned. I don't know if you have dealt with Posh customer service but it takes them 24-48 hrs to process a request. BTW- I did check the offers and it was at a discounted rate in my end. I have no idea where the glitch occurred....

Hi Marsha. I just counter-offered with the lowest I can go on the Escape from Paris bracelet. With Poshmark's fees, and my wholesale cost on this bracelet, I lose money if I go any lower. If you know anything about the Escape from Paris line, each piece is limited edition, and very difficult to come by. Xoxo

I just got a message back from Poshmark regarding the necklace. Poshmark cancel the order. This must of been taken care of there there clams department. Posh should have refunded you. Poshmark handles all transactions after shipped if lost or damaged. I am waiting to hear about the earrings. I will message you back if I get another message.
