Hi Marsha,
I am pleased that you accepted the purse. I am however, trying to understand the 3-star rating. I marked the bag down significantly and had it the mail to you with hours of your purchase. I believe the bag was listed and described accurately. You listed "Other" as the reason for the rating but didn't provide me any feedback. if you are not pleased with the bag you could have returned it. I take my rating and shipping time very seriously.
