annaakayy Hello Unfortunate to hear the Skirt didn’t meet your expectations. The rating should be based on service, shipping, etc. not how the item is made since that is out of my control Since all brands have different specs for their sizing, I always include measurements in my listings. It’s always good to compare those to an item you own ☺️hope that helps for your future purchases

The listing clearly showed the jacket was gray and not black. So it is a bit frustrating for me to see a low rating from something that could have been avoided if you had reached out before hand.
