foxarazzi @tbonus hi Marsha I’m at the post office trying to get your packages out and I was hoping to divide your orders into 2 boxes so that each box is at the 5 lb Max allowed for each label. Unfortunately that is not possible. To upgrade the shipping, I’ll be charged over $30. foxarazzi @tbonus I apologize for the inconvenience. I should have just kept your kimonos as separate orders so we would have 15 lbs split between 3 labels. Typically when I ship large bundles we do it directly so learning that trying to ship overweight bundles using posh shipping is not cost effective. raelyneruff The brand is Westbuy.. the color is medium brown but they are a kind of caramel shade. I don’t recall the price but I don’t buy inexpensive items. I am certainly willing to negotiate on the price, particularly if you buy both. Never worn, don’t have clips sewn in.

sdp58364 hello again, I sent an inquiry to posh about your item that I shipped 1/4/22. they gave me 4 reasons why your item has not started tracking. 3 of the 4 reason I ruled out quickly. the only other reason that would apply to your item is that "there may be a delay with the shipping carrier (I shipped using the posh label for usps shipping) and that the tracking will update after a few days. its been more than a few days. I will open an inquiry an inquiry with USPS today. continued below

I shipped a total of 3 items 1/4/22 - one for you, two for two other posh customers. yours is the only item that this has happened to, the other two customers have received their items. thank you for your patience. this has never happened to an item I have ever shipped. posh says that I should cancel the sale if the item does show any tracking by 1/19/22. I will keep you updated. Again, my apologies.
