denisev445 Hi!Please check your phone if it is android OS 4.4. It is compatible with IOS and Android devices specifically with Android OS 4.4 and higher (excluding Go Edition) . Manual is also included in the box.

denisev445 Connect your smartwatch to the charger by placing it against the back of the smartwatch. Magnets in the charger will hold it in place. On your phone, download and install the Wear OS by Google App from the App Store or Google Play store. Open app on your device and follow the prompts to pair your smartwatch. Plug the included charger into a USB outlet. Hope these help.

marshaeisnor @denisev445 thanks. I did all that. The watch is not connecting to the phone, ie phone can't find it. setting on the watch won't open so I can ensure wifi is on.

denisev445 Ensure that your smartwatch is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Launch the Wear OS by Google App and follow the on-screen instructions for pairing your watch. If it fails to connect, check the Bluetooth menu on your phone. If you see the smartwatch in the device list, remove it. Relaunch the Wear OS by Google App and repeat the pairing process.

marshaeisnor @denisev445 thanks. its strange bluetooth doesn't pick it up at all. it's like wifi on the watch is not connecting as the time isn't updating on the watch. I have os 9 so should be good there. the manual included is warranty info only. no worries I keep playing with it. I have done all the steps you mention multiple times. thought maybe there was a trick I was missing. thanks for the link.

marshaeisnor @denisev445 I don't know what the issue is but its definately the watch. I have googled and read every article - the blue tooth on the watch is not working and when I swipe down to quickly change settings it does nothing, it's just in continuous demo mode. Online says I should be able to turn wifi on, on the watch but there is no way to that and without wifi or bluetooth enabled on the watch the phone can't find it.

marshaeisnor I Figured it out! It was stuck on retail/demo mode. Thanks to YouTube! in order to get out of demo mode you have to swipe to settings. While holding one finger on left of screen tap on screen 5 times with second finger and release both fingers at once. You can thenaccess settings, scroll to factory reset, a cake walk from there!!! that took hours to find and figure out-all good now!
