If it really was a brand new shirt with the tags, then whoever bought it would have already returned it to the store and gotten a full 500 dollar refund. So that NWT means nothing. I made you a legitimate offer. Cash for goods. You don't want the sale, or you're too offended to negotiate/counter? Then be my guest and decline. I won't be offended at all.
