ccpd206 @martka hello. I purchased the Giuseppe Zanotti shoes from you. You had them listed in the Men’s section so when you said they fit like a US 9, I assumed you meant Men’s. They are not even close to fitting me. They are a Women’s size 9. Any way we can rectify this issue?

martka @ccpd206 sorry to hear that. Those are men’s 39 but I did not realize it translates to a different size US. I can take them back and refund you but not sure how to process it via poshmark. Is there a way to do it?

ccpd206 @martka thank you. I am not sure but I can check into it. I appreciate it. As beautiful as the shoes are, there is no way of me sliding my feet into them. I thought perhaps this style ran large as some European models do.
