@martamccall I’m glad you reached out to Poshmark. However, I do not experience many difficulties. Make sure whatever operating system you are using is updated to the newest version-that is the only one I had problems. Truthfully I am not sure why you are unable to save your photo. My suggestion, close out of everything and go back into the app and try it again.

@mlubert Thank you so much. Yes I've tried all the usual things logging, logging out. Waiting an hour or so. And yes, my iMac is updated. So I'm hoping they'll get back to me and let me know what's happening. It's also not at all clear how to upload the landscape photo. I'm pretty savvy with this stuff and am on numerous social media sites, including YouTube, Twitter, FB, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumbler, etc. Maybe they're just having a few issues today.

@martamccall Yes, and that Bet well may be the issue. There could be something going on with the site today-I haven’t tried to do much on here today but so far things seem to be working all right. Are you able to upload pictures to your closet of items you would like to sell? Or haven’t you tried that yet? I’m just curious as to what the issue may be myself.

@mlubert This morning I was easily able to upload the "Meet Your Posher" photo. I've now gotten the app on my phone and was able to upload the profile photo, BUT the huge landscape photo is now a gigantic photo of my teeth. I'd, obviously, like to change that or delete that and can find no clickable thing to do it. Do you know how to change the huge landscape photo? I really don't see where I can make that change. Thanks!

@martamccall So glad you figured it out! I normally use my phone to do things & I personally feel that using he phone app is easiest way to navigate the site. Sorry I couldn’t help much with this issue but I hope that you will be able to enjoy Poshing now that you are getting familiar with the site 😊

But what I have done for DECADES is find amazing clothes and jewelry at extreme discounts. It's like treasure hunting. The other good thing is that I really like photography, editing photos & marketing. 1 of 2.
