salongal247 @roxyswitch hi I never stated I didn’t want the bag. I was upset that in order to use it it had to be professionally cleaned which is not cheap. It had lipstick or something red on the inside and pet hair in it. The description made it sound otherwise. I only wanted to be reimbursed for the cleaning. I appreciate that you sent it so fast-just disappointing to see the condition of the inside.
