janejam @zonit is it the post office asking for postage or Poshmark? I wonder if there is a way to talk to someone from Poshmark, because there should be no other charges.

janejam @zonit if you go to “my purchases” and then to “problems/order inquiry”, there is a spot called “contact Poshmark support”. I believe you can send them a photo and ask why they are asking for more postage. I’m so sorry this happened to you!

janejam @zonit I noticed you said that the item was shipped in the wrong box. Just curious, what was wrong about it? I’ve been shipping all my items in the free priority boxes from the post office, and I’ve never had a problem. I’m wondering so I know what to do so it doesn’t happen again!
