pandalanda @mpgordon55 Hi I rushed getting my packages out today when I found out the post office was open and I sent you the wrong item.Good thing is that I didn't send out your lipsticks so you won't have to switch eachothers stuff.Report that you recieved wrong item.They will email you the label of the lady in FL that ordered the estee lauder foundation.I'm am so sorry for the delay and the inconvenience.

pandalanda @mpgordon55 weird thing is that I didn't send out your lipsticks because I couldn't find your label. I just can't believe I stuck yours on the other persons. Gosh, seriously that says it all: I'm stressed out lol. If you wish look on my posh listings and pick out a lipstick even if it says sold and I'll get it brand new and send them ♡♡♡

pandalanda @mpgordon55 hi @2000mia is the lady that is supposed to get the package I sent you. I'm sorry, I guess you misunderstood me, it's hard to send messages when they only allow you 500 letters lol im gonna send the lipsticks you originally ordered along with one new lipstick in box. pick one of those 3 :-) as soon as you get the package you have to report it as not what you ordered so we can get this straightened out.

I'm only human, I made an honest mistake and tried to help out the best i could. I have 2 jobs and I'm a single mom. I've been able to provide a 5 Star Rating service and a top seller on top of that. I offered you a brand new $17 lipstick, i seriously tried to fix this. I'll send an email to poshmark and ask them to reimburse you.

I would simply like to get what I paid for..I have never had a problem with any of my purchases..this is a first..I work 12 hours a day 6 days week and also Mom of twins so I do understand the hectic life. I simply want what I paid for..that's all.

I always make sure I accept my packages the very same day I receive them. Can you check your tracking number? Today is a Federal holiday so no mail is being delivered today. I'm showing the one I have not received has not even gotten to my Postal destination yet.

mpgordon55 I'm sorry you didn't like my rating. I was simply being honest about my feelings. This is not what I do all the time..only when the items are not what I expected. I can read very well and always asks the seller about an item if I have a concern. Not every item is going to please everyone. We as buyers have a right to say if we are pleased or not. I gave you 4 stars which I think is still good.
