emilyv1976 I am so sorry that you didn't receive the dress. I promise I did mail it at the post office but I totally understand you cancelling the order. I am having this problem with several things I bought as well. It took me 4 weeks to receive something that actually was tracking. I am hopeful you will eventually receive the dress.
