toomyluv Hi Martha, I’m trying to reply to your request on the measurements to my black skirt. The waist is stretchable but measures 13” across un-stretched and 18” in length. It’s a flirty, wispy skirt and lined. I hope this helps. I’ll sell for $25 and $5.95 shipping.
