marthatallent @paharvey55 thank you for the offer. How would we even go about returning? I’ve never had to do a return on Poshmark? Also, it’s in new condition just doesn’t have the tags. I understand things fall off so I’m not disappointed. It was a gift for Christmas abs just wished it had the tags. I’m truly satisfied with the purchase though.

tiffjberg Hello. I just saw your review and wanted to clarify, the straightener was used one time and wiped down afterwards. I didn’t care for the end result after using it on my hair. I apologize that was not clarified in the description. I am unsure why there would be stains on the paddles unless from wiping it down after the initial use. Again, my apologies and I hope you enjoy the product.
