eyecandas Martha, I am sorry the Sperry Loafers did not fit. They are a size 10W as they are labeled inside the tongue of the shoes & as I listed as a custom size of 10W. Is it possible you interrupted the “W” as “Women’s” & note “Wide”? I am more than happy to accept a return. Reach out to Poshmark for a return label & they can reimburse you.
