lilmisskimmy Hi Martha, So I have opened a case with USPS on the Prada shoes. I'm surprised they have not reached you by now. There was a service disruption due to the potential for the Oroville Dam Breach but that should not have affected you. However, all of my northern California customers have been affected. I'll give you more details as I get your order's whereabouts. I apologize for the inconvenience.

ashleylynett Hey Martha, I have just sold you the MK Long Sleeve. I am seeking this on behalf of my mother, it wasn't until I started packing it that I noticed that there is a little hole at the end of the sleeve.
