ottxx141 Hi Marti! I am sorry about the delay in shipping. I don't have access to a printer at all (I was previously using the printer at the university) and I am trying to send the item without printing out the shipping label, i.e I am writing your address by hand.

emilyann817 Hello. I just wanted to reach out and confirm with you that I did ship the order out on the 11th. USPS has not been the greatest with packages so I apologize with no updated tracking information. I have had packages recently not have one but end up being delivered.

emilyann817 @mandries28 hi again. I tried reaching out to the post office but they only have an automatic answering machine and I could not find any option to talk with someone. I’m sorry the package is taking so long. I am unsure if it’s lost or they just never scanned it and it’s taking more time than planned. It was 3 day and they “picked” it up on the 11th. Maybe they are very behind and they started this week as the 3 days? Just wanted to give you another status update.
