eponbak Hi Marti, I’m so sorry I just realized I sent you the wrong dress. I had two orange dresses and sent the Garnett Hill linen dress instead of your Anthropologie one!! 😳 I will contact Posh to see what I need to do. Again, my deepest apologies!!

eponbak @mini_mart Ok, so from your @mini_mart tab at the bottom right side of the app go to My Purchases. Then click on the dress. At the bottom should be Problems / order inquiry. You should be able to initiate the return from there. It will open a case. I will approve and they should approve within one day. Posh will email you a label to print and attach. Just use the original mailer I sent.
