I want to sincerely apologize for having to cancel your order. I feel terrible, but as a seller poshmark has done nothing but screw me over. I don't feel safe using them now as a seller as I feel I basically just lost a pair of Christian louboutin shoes. If there is any other platform in which you know of that we can use, please let me know. Otherwise I'll be selling to yoogis or couture USA. Again I am so sorry!

Hello there! The charm padlock opens on the side. It doesn't need any key, press in the side and it will open the lock. The pictures show where to press in. Please try opening it. It takes practice, anyone new to this kind of Tiffany & co charm would have a hard time the first time but you'll get used to it and you will love wearing it. Thanks again for the purchase.
