@mdmitch my grandma told me that you can never be your own person if you live where you grew up. I would always be "Mike's" little sister or "John's" daughter. It was true. When I got my 1st job I was so happy, I then found out my mother called her friend there before I arrived. So I moved to grow up & be Lisa. Plus it was cold there. LOL
