tricia216 Hi, I shipped the shoes last Thursday I have the receipt from the post office. I don't know what the problem is I contacted poshmark customer support and am waiting to hear. I can call the post office today and try to find out what is going on. I'm very sorry about this Patty

bluxangel_13 Yes, smoke and pet free. Coat has been stored. May want to do the woolite cleaning in the dryer to freshen. But, may not need it.😃
