mistique2112 Hi I’m sorry to hear that. I inspected the shoes before I shipped them and they were fine. The bottoms were intact. I have no idea how it separated. Even in the picture they are intact. I did not do anything I guess posh paid me automatically I haven’t even paid attention to my account, they were five dollars I made two dollars off of them. They are like $300 shoes. I’m very sorry that this happened I don’t know what she would like me to do.
