I did want to tell you this tag came off as you could probably see in pics, the plastic piece is still on, I just forgot to Include in description! lol! This dress IS Brand new, never worn or tried on. I did want to clarify this prior to shipping... this dress is hands down one of the favorites by people here..., but, again, its totally your decision on if you are ok with this...
