spottedtail Hi, that sounds really frustrating. Since I'm a member mentor and don't work directly for Poshmark, I would email Poshmark directly under the Poshmark support link in the settings. Also, if you're in her closet and she's doing something breaking Poshmark rules then you can report her when in her closet and also block her if there is any harassment. Good luck!

grannymary56 I would not trade with her, we made 3 other trades & the 4th one she never mailed my 2 out to me, she got the 2 ,,I sent to her she kept them & sold them. I was out shipping cost plus 2 purses she kept them for no reason at all she just did it. I would not deal with her if I were u..
