smiley2f @stefaniamaria3 yes, i took it to the pac and ship because post office was already closed and I had to have them print out the label for me because my printer ran out of ink. Sorry, It will leave first thing Monday morning.

stefaniamaria3 Hi! So I just saw the photos you sent in. I’m so mad. Bc I know they didn’t look like that when I shipped them. They were never worn and only some peeling spots as shown in the photos. I also wrapped them in the tissue paper and put them in individual bags. So my question to you is - was the box torn up/ how could this have happened? I’m so livid. My plan from here is to contact USPS w the tracking and insurance info. Thanks so much for any info!

smiley2f @stefaniamaria3 Hi, the items were all wrapped very nicely. When I opened up the boots they were so sticky and they polyvinyl was very crumbly the right more so than the left. They are not be suitable for wearing at all without making a huge mess. I wondered if you might have had them in the box for awhile and didn’t realize they had gotten worse. The receipt in the box said they were bought in 2009. Tracking #9405510899359352865794

smiley2f I also wanted to comment that I really like the dress and bikini, they were in “like new” condition but posh said I had to send all items back in order to receive a refund.
