jessaj831 Hi.. just wanted to let you know.. I ordered a pink Ralph Lauren tote from you a few days ago. I accepted it,but hadn't thoroughly checked it out. The outside is fine,but the inside material and outside that are glued together during manufacturing are completely separating!! I'm not going to be able to use it,b/c it is in such fragile shape I'm afraid it's going to tear apart if I put anything in it to carry. Must say, I feel a cheated since I paid 12 plus s/h for it.

bayleigh30 @marypeach So I have 2 packages to Ship they both weigh over 10 pounds I purchased the label for 10 pounds or more and the post office wouldn't allow me to ship! Without me paying $55 for one and $25 for the other and I said no. What should I do??

marypeach @bayleigh30 this sounds just like a situation that I got into when I first started , you are going to have to contact the buyer let them know those packages are too heavy to ship you're going to have to cancel that order and reform bundles that she will need to re-purchase of no more than 5 pounds ,each bundle will have its own shipping label and you put in that box what is on that shipping label if your buyer does not want to do this don't lose your own money on The sale ,

jleeem Hello, I have a random question 4 you. Have you ever had a buyer tell you they didn't receive their package (I knew she was up to something from the moment she asked me to take this transaction off pm) but she ended up buying the item and immediately upon delivery said the package never came! I'm waiting for pm to reply to me regarding this issue but was looking to see how others have dealt with this. Any thoughts or advice?

marypeach @jleeem well I have never had it happen but my daughter who has been on PM longer has., Hi this is Marypeachs daughter)Did you wind up doing the transaction off posh? If yes then posh can't do anything at all to help. That is one of the reasons posh does not allow off posh transactions. If no then posh will mediate the situation.

marypeach @jleeem They will ask her to look around and ask her neighbors if they took possession of the package. If after a few days the package can not be found they will process it as a lost package and as a part of the protection they provide buyers and sellers they will give you your earning AND refund the buyer.

marypeach @jleeem They will also make a note so that they can keep track and a person can not just keep saying they did not receive packages. So if someone does it as a scam posh will know and remove them from the site.

marypeach @jleeem I know that people ( myself included) have complained about the 20% being high but posh really does protect us and that 20% seems like a small price to pay when it is a 600.00$ that is "lost in the mail" and they still pay you. Hope that it gets worked out I know it can be frustrating and galling but the good of posh well out weighs the bad in my opinion- (Mary's daughter)

Because things to get lost in the mail it has happened to me even when they say it has been delivered .
