closetobsessor Sorry you are not happy with the construction of the boots. As a reseller, I did not manufacture the boots I simply resold you a known product in amazing condition. I shipped you exactly what you bought, on time, at 25% of retail price! Next time, I recommend paying full retail so you can complain all you like to the manufacturer.
