draye1960 I received my coffee & tea tower today. One of the tea cups was broken to pieces. All the rest were fine. I didn't know if you had a tea cup to replace it or you prefer me report it. Just let me know by tomorrow noon. Thanks, Donna

draye1960 I purchased two towers from different people. Both had one cup broken. I had to report to poshmark what was wrong and send pictures. They offered me a credit for the broken cups. I can't find a tea mug to buy with a credit this time.

draye1960 It is just the time of year you have to pack more than usual, that's all. Priority mail is covered up to $50. It's not costing them anything.
