igilmore @maryrodgersvey once it is delivered if you click the accept button instead of return/problem w order button, it will become more difficult. Honestly, it would be much more easier for you to write 'return to sender' on the box(this way Poshmark can track the package to SEE that it was returned), put it in the mail and i could mail you the shoes you ordered, if not the tracking will show that it was returned in order for you to get your$ back. Have you returned the package yet??

igilmore @maryrodgersvey I've noticed that Posh expectations are that we would be able to stay in communication with each other and resolve issues that may arise ourselves, as i have been reaching out to them as well. At this point, i have missed out on the sale of the package you have awaiting the return, however i still need the package returned bc it is worth well more than the cost of your purchase. igilmore @maryrodgersvey ....Unfortunately the tracking does not indicate that the item has been refused or returned to you at this time. The buyer who received the wrong item will need to reach out to us directly for further assistance as they did not open a return case . This is what i received from Posh! So why would you keep my shoes??

igilmore She says she has been trying to contact Poshmark with no answer and she is basically refusing to return my shoes until she hears from Posh that she can be refunded. This is really ludicrous in how long its taking to rectify such a small problem!

m_cosgrove I'm glad that you like your item but I'm disappointed after a solid 5 star rating on 500+ sales,you gave me a 4.Looking at all of the photos it shows how it was sold. In the discription I stated that I added additional skewers to case that didn't come with it.It didnt have the cut outs to hold more sticks.I simply purchased more skewers at Wal-Mart & added them myself.I added the stick with rubber holders that never came with it initially.If you want,I'll gladly send you some in the mail.

barbdn Hi, Mary. I'm contacting you in reference to the Brighton Green Heart charm you bought from me last week on 10/14 - I shipped it Friday, 10/15. I got a message from Posh today, asking me to please remember to ship it, which was odd. So I checked, and the USPS hasn't even scanned it yet, in any way. So I'm hunting down my paper receipt (I'm not optimistic; I never needed it before...) and remembering a time a while ago that the USPS didn't scan a package until it was actually delivered. Ugh!

barbdn I spoke with my counter clerk. She pulled up her records from Friday afternoon and my visit: she had my two packages on the screen (the one that arrived yesterday to New Orleans and yours, which wasn't scanned) and she admitted: she scanned the New Orleans package twice and yours not at all. So, it went into the system unscanned, and she said through the system it will get scanned as it travels. Which is not great at all but at least we know what's going on.
