nkdubois Hi there I am so sorry about the shipment of the sorel boots two days in a row now my mail carrier has neglected to pick it up.... I'm not sure what the problem is ... Maby a new mail carrier I will write another note today. Thank you for your patience they have been on my front step since Monday.... misskimmytou Glad you rcvd your item & it was clean. Out of all the listings I've sold 3 people say my items smell like smoke I absolutely do not smoke. I don't know where this is coming from I don't know if it's a mail carrier or what's going on? I'm sorry that this happened. I make sure everything is hung sprayed out with Febreze wrinkle release when it sells. I post an item I wash & hang dry individually place them in their own plastic sealed bags. Sorry that happened

misskimmytou @mslack76 I'm just really confused I have called the post office I don't know if my mail carrier is smoking or a certain delivery guy smokes in the car when they are driving with the mail to another location. But I've had it happen 3 times and it's not good for me cuz it's not good for business I'm sorry once again that it happen

gypsydutch Hi Mary, I am sorry I got the sizing wrong. They were from a friend that shared with me to sell, in the first place. I did not know about the difference in sizing, yet considering her little boys' age...I might have known. I appreciate the 'heads up' for future childrens' sizing. mslack76 @loriblair I did let them know! 3 days ago! I’m so irritated at how long it takes them. I’m so sorry. The day I received the boots I emailed them. I did receive an email 5 hours ago. So 10:45pm that they were releasing funds. I hope you get them today. I’m sorry. If I had known that was going to be such a hassle, I would have just contacted you directly.
