kschubert26 there's also a mark down the front from it being folded (the color is lighter). I didn't see that mark in the pictures so, I'm guessing it was from shipping.

mitckafrances @kschubert26 Let me know if the mark comes out. If it doesn’t, I’ll refund your money. It’s a new bag so maybe the conditioner needs to be rubbed in or something. I’ll mail you the mailing address-great idea and that will take a few days to get to you so you can see about the line. You don’t have to confirm it till you know for sure. Thank you very much for all your help.

mitckafrances @cwash101010 I have contacted Poshmark Support because Poshmark shows that I mailed it but the last documentation was from August 8 where it states the item was “in transit” but it doesn’t say delivered. I’m really sorry about the mess up. I was unaware there was even a problem with it. I have messed up once before, but I’m hoping they can find the package. Poshmark should have an insurance policy with USPS too.
