I shipped your purchase in one day and for it to still not be there is very unfair and poor service. This is lux item and PM knew this. I continue to track and will immediately notify you once received. I have much experience with opening USPS cases and they are equally incompetent. Please know I am aware you immediately sent to PM for authentication so you are not at fault whatsoever. Unacceptable PM not send overnight FEDEX or UPS. You should ask for partial refund of fees.

There is no reason they shouldn’t have ship your lux goods 1day mail. All other vendors I buy from ship my lux purchases overnight.

mercatkitten @itsmeposhers I've emailed CS now 2 times and they have not responded to date and I am also very much hoping that the arrive this weekend because the real shame would be such beautiful luxury crafted boots to be loss to the incompetence and cheapness of not sending one day overnight shipping. I am also surprised if they have not learned their lesson by now with other people I mean is this how they send a $4K Chanel bag?

mercatkitten @itsmeposhers If CS remains unresponsive and refuses to provide some type of partial refund or incentive I will absolutely close my account and leave PM forever They are actually the worst luxury reseller out there w 20% fees and horrible shipping options! Ive made 1000s on eb and MC w 10% fees. I sincerely do hope they arrive as I have been watching these for over year to finally make this purchase.

Very unfortunate. I sent another email yesterday and no reply from them. I am happy to share that I got usps notify that your package is OFD and to arrive between 11&3. I really hope so and hopefully this doesn’t interfere with your Saturday schedule.

itsmeposhers @mercatkitten wonderful that you will be home…..especially when they did not require signature. Terrible business practice. And I will rethink using platform for my lux goods. You are right about the 4k bag scenario. I would be extra panicked. I will inquire about fees but not really confident they will consider. I sense they blame PO and covid but I have only had one other delay and it was not two weeks. My PO case got package moving same day.

PM should be ashamed of the risk and poor service for luxury items like this!
