@betsylover I bought this piece a few years ago in Kauai from a woman from the from the island of Niihau, where these shells are from. These shells are considered semi precious and can be worth thousands of dollars. That is the nutshell for you.

I am a bit concerned it might be too short for me. I usually wear 18” but can wear 17” depending on style and type of necklace. Thank you so much!!😊
