maryhalpin1 @ispyabuy smoke free home. The outermost material is a mesh with an under fabric that is satin. It has a bit of eyelash trim all around the edges. The flowers look like suede. I don't see any tags that confirm material. Incidentally, it is 10" side to side and 10" bottom to top of handle. This isn't a thrift store find. I purchased ages ago for some event and never carried it. Let me know if you have any other questions! I'd rather it be with you who can use it!

dolfanjim954 The 3 last pics on those camo pants are new and should help you..but, what I got from measurements is waist is 33" but with side belts you can bring them to 30". Hips are 40"
