bethw1971 Sorry if you weren't happy with your Cole Haan shoes that you purchased from me. I can't help that Monday was a holiday and I couldn't ship out until Tuesday, and can you tell me what was wrong with the packaging? The shoes were not dirty, and you listed that I needed to improve on cleanliness. What did I do wrong?

moonstick Dear Mary, I would like to ask what was wrong with the Ralph Lauren shoes? I'm sorry you are this upset. The order was shipped next day after purchase, less than 24 hours later, via 3-day mail and arrived promptly yesterday. How could've I improved my shipping? Also, what was wrong with the packaging? Each shoe was neatly wrapped in a pink&white wrapping paper, placed in a protective envelope and a priority box.

I was in a rush to get them sent out... hubby had to have a emergency pacemaker put in... and with covid if you left the hospital you couldn't return. stupid mistake on my part to get the labels switched.
