marielenavidal Hi Mary… I bought the Valentino past April from you. After a couple of uses one of the straps broke. It seems they were defective or something. I will like to know if you have the original receipt from Valentino when you originally bought them so I can send them a complain. I would appreciate it. I can send you pictures if you like.

rdhfloss @marielenavidal Hi! I had 2pairs of the poudre ones that also broke. I had bought them from Nordstrom. They don’t refund them so I had to buy another pair. I think that the material is so firm so susceptible to breaking. Those I bought from another posher so I don’t have the receipt. Sorry that happened but very common in this material I think
