tnponder @k9swizz I dropped the soap dispenser off this morning at the post office. Yesterday was a holiday so I wasn’t able to ship it yesterday even though I had it ready to go. The tracking number is 940551120206119771703. Thank you for your purchase. I’m glad you are able to use it.

k9swizz I am sorry to have to let you know this but the dispenser came without the straw that moves the soap from the bottle to the pump. This renders it useless unless I can get the part for it. I am not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions?

tnponder @k9swizz I’m sorry that the straw wasn’t in the package. I’m looking to see how we do this so you can get your money back. So far all I see is you have to follow their return process. If you look under Buying and type in “can I return a purchase” it gives you instructions to contacting Poshmark to return the order and get your money back. I checked the box and it wasn’t in there either. I want you to get your money back. Please follow Poshmark’s instructions so we can make this happen. Mary.

tnponder @k9swizz After checking some more it does look like you need to contact Poshmark and file a dispute so you can get your money back. It's their process but we can make this happen. I don't want you to be unhappy with your purchase from my shop. Please follow their policy. Mary

tnponder @k9swizz Here is another route you could take only if you want to: You could contact Delta and tell them the straw was missing and they should send you one for free. You choose which way you want to go with this. Delta's number is 1-800-345-3358.
