worldcollection Hello Mary. I received a comment in my website that a product we sold to you did not fit well and that you would like to do an exchange. I do not think Poshmark has a way to set up an exchange. However if you are willing to return the item at your cost and provide us with a Prepaid label we will be happy to honor an exchange. What size do you need? Typically on Posh when an item does not fit there is no support from Posh, but I would rather help you than hide behind Poshs policies.

worldcollection Hello Mary: I am trying to think of how we can do this. If you want to keep what you bought and resell it on Posh you can do that and reorder a different size! That way you will not lose your money! Just say in your listing that you are "reposhing." I had to do that with a wallet I bought once. If you need assistance to help set up your account on Poshmark. I am more than happy to assist you.
