palmbeachvibe @ginlan40 Thanks! This is a Gabby Custom Shift Dress. It's the Lilly's PB Toile. You have to get fitted at the Palm Beach store. Definitely worth getting a custom shift made. I have two and going there in a couple of weeks to get another one made!
